Yash Infra Leasing Private Limited (yilpl) is a licensed company. Yilpl is a consultancy company in commercial leasing and is well placed to assist the owner/landlord, occupiers within the region of upper northern part of India. It is well known company dealing with strategic consulting assignments for a number of international brands.
When it comes to leasing out commercial project, whether it is a mall or high street, we ensure your asset should be in the SAFE hands. We come with substantial “ON GROUND” experience in leasing out property to trade categories including fashion & apparel, F&B chains, Departmental store, multiplex and hypermarkets. We develop commercial hubs, provide solutions based on a deep understanding of our client’s business needs and real estate market dynamics.
Either it is a green field or brown structure we are there for you to convert it into a commercial hub.
We have large team who covers the upper northern region of India and going through approximately 20 cities.
We strive to provide professional, ethical and competitive commercial leasing services. We only deal in “commercial leasing of brands” note: we are not property agents.
